Ted Gahn has owned and operated Kitterlin Creek dating back to 2006. Since then, it has grown into one of the biggest nurseries in the state with some of the best hunting and fishing the south has to offer. We have 4000+ privately owned acres of hardwood river bottom land; a Sportsman’s Paradise that is truly a year-round family-oriented hunting and fishing lease.
We have four private lakes: Lehman Lake, Walker Lake, Fool River and Kitterlin Creek Bay. We also have more than 10 miles of scenic Little River frontage. You can find bass, crappie, bream and catfish throughout the property. Bring your boat or kayak and hit the waters!
When it comes to hunting, it doesn’t get any better. You can hunt your choice of more than 15+ duck blinds and 40+ deer stands. We brush all the blinds while also providing all the decoys set in place for you. Our spacious 4’x6’ deer stands have corn feeders and lush food plots already in place. We have a whitetail buck management in place of 8 points or better and of course turkey and small game hunting is also included. Truly, all you have to do is show up and shoot!
After a fun filled day of hunting, fishing or just making memories with family and friends; relax in your on site mobile home or RV. These lots are leased annually with views you can’t find anywhere else in central Louisiana. Our mobile home lots overlook the breathtaking Kitterlin Bay!
